Tomorrow we are having our 2nd annual Gingerbread House Party. The kids decorate and take home a gingerbread house. One of our neighbors at our old house threw this party and I have continued the tradition. I have baked 10 gingerbread houses and have the bowls of candy all ready to go.
Now to focus on the fun desserts and appetizers for the adults. The best recipe I have ever made; my husband labeled this "the best dessert he ever ate" (like the Food Network show. They are called Bubbly Pear Cupcakes; here is the link. Enjoy; they are amazing.
